Practice combining these two powerful tips and you will notice how calm and relaxed you are when you speak.

If you can walk and talk at the same time, it will be easy to maintain eye contact and breathe while you speak.

Remember these few simple points to feel great and become the natural speaker you want to be:

  • Take a few deep breaths before you start
  • Use low and slow breathing
  • Keep eye contact with one person for 4-6 seconds
  • Finish your thought before looking at the next person
  • Take your time moving from person to person

Maintain eye contact and breathe calmly so your audience will naturally connect to you.
